Inspire CNC Manufacturing boosts production with double ColorJet Verve Mini

Products

ColorJet Verve Mini is one of the latest advanced technological innovations that has revived outlook of the signage printing industry. Many entrepreneurs who wanted to start their own gifting business but were hesitant due to initial cost are now living their dreams with ColorJet Verve Mini. It is comparatively affordable and compatible with almost all gift items, like water bottles, mobile cases, photo frames, key chain etc. With Verve Mini on board, ColorJet has expanded its customer base and is happily helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

ColorJet continues to add value to its customers’ business, and the latest addition to this list is Inspire CNC Manufacturing, a Hinckley-based family business specializing in novelty vintage street signs catering to both trade and the public sector. ColorJet had the privilege to add value to Inspire CNC Manufacturing and help them grow their business.

Inspire CNC Manufacturing had previously established its presence in the market with CNC routers, laser cutters, and framing equipment. However, recognizing the potential of UV printing to expand its offerings, the company decided to venture into this domain. Initially, a smaller printer was acquired for preliminary testing, with QPS supplying the necessary inks. Yet, the limitations imposed by the size of the initial printer prompted further exploration. What next? Inspire CNC Manufacturing family was, once again, stuck with the same situation that they were facing before venturing into UV printing.

Going ahead with QPS recommendations, and to enhance its production capabilities, Hinckley-based family business Inspire CNC Manufacturing invested in cutting-edge ColorJet Verve Mini UV printers from Quality Print Services (QPS). They bought this signage printing marvel in July 2023, and to their surprise, within six months their investment has proven to be a game-changer for the company, enabling a substantial increase in output and providing the flexibility to take on a broader spectrum of projects.

Choosing to invest in two ColorJet Verve Mini UV printers, Inspire CNC had the machines installed at its Hinckley facility in July. Andrew Whotton expressed satisfaction with the decision, noting the printers' compact size, minimal space requirements, and user-friendly maintenance. The printers' versatility allowed them to operate on materials ranging from 3mm to 22mm in thickness, including glass, alu-panels, MDF, and plywood. Currently, the machines are utilized for producing small gifts and plaques, showcasing their adaptability across various applications.

Despite only a few months in operation, the ColorJet Verve Mini printers have significantly boosted Inspire CNC's production capacity. The double installation has empowered the company to handle a higher volume of work, subsequently enabling the pursuit of a greater number of projects. Whotton emphasized the positive impact on the company's ability to approach new distributors, knowing that they can fulfil orders of varying sizes.

This success story of Inspire CNC Manufacturing precisely defines ColorJet’s motto – be a futuristic technology company that enables its customers to grow their businesses and catalyse inclusive growth for society as a whole. ColorJet is pleased to become a reason for happiness for the Hinckley-based family business Inspire CNC Manufacturing. No award or certification can be larger than a happy and satisfied customer, ColorJet believes.
